30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Inspection Fees

  • Change-of-mind returns (buyer’s remorse): A $3 inspection/processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if the item is unopened, because our fulfillment warehouses charge us for receiving and inspection.

  • Our error or product issue: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return processing fees (the $3 fee is waived) and we’ll make it right.

  • Unless otherwise stated by our support team, a prepaid return label will be provided after your return is approved. Any label cost (if applicable) and the inspection fee (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

Note: If items are opened, used, or not in resellable condition, we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund depending on the condition.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at info@sensypremium.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused, with tags, in original packaging) and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. The $3 per-item inspection fee for change-of-mind returns also applies in this case and is waived when the return is due to our error.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@sensypremium.com.
